Report Writing- Keep It Simple!

The same way as college assignments, essays and quizzes are a routine of your academic life, writing professional reports, drafting letters and proposals make an essential part of your office life. No matter what your career track is, these documents are something you cannot escape from. And so the professional life is somewhat similar to your college life because just like you get low scores for not writing a good report, your boss is not happy with you when you are not able to perform up to the mark in your office.
In report writing and other official documents, there is no room for irrelevant and unnecessary details. You have to write in a very specific and formal language that no confusion occurs and no time is wasted in reading that material. All the professionals want direct and relevant information that is useful for them. Therefore, before you begin your professional career, it’s important you go through these guidelines to understand how to write a straight and simple report.
The first thing you should look for is all the information regarding your audience. Once you know who you will be addressing, it becomes easier to write relevant information. For instance, if you know your audience needs a background on the topic, then write it, however, if the readers are already aware about the history then there is no use writing it down in your report.
Then, collect all the data that you would like to include in your report. You may refer to the best website for essay writing | Chief Essays is the one to look at. Make sure that all data is relevant and taken from an authentic source that cannot be questioned later. Accurate data is something that professionals look for. If you don’t have that, consider your report to be useless. Whenever you use information from a particular source, always mention the references at the end. This is mainly for the purpose of avoiding plagiarism and crediting the original author for his information.
As for the content, keep a very formal tone because it’s an office project report or something of that sort. Keep an active tone rather than passive voice as it states direct language and the sentences sound much better when you read them out loud.
Presentation is extremely important so keep your readers intact with a couple of graphs and tables that organize figures in a way that everything can be understood in one quick glance.

In the end, never submit your report before proofreading it very carefully.

Some guidelines for writing an effective annotated bibliography!

An annotated bibliography is a short description about the already present research on a topic under consideration. It is basically the listing of citations in such a way that every citation is briefly explained in by and large about 120 to 150 words called annotation, to make the reader critically aware of the significance, and correctness of the sources being cited to the given topic. It not only helps to reflect the quality of work done by the researcher, but it also gives reader to know about different kinds of sources and their importance.

However, for some students, it is a mundane activity to write annotated bibliography after they have done the research. So they look for someone`s assistance to write it for them. If you are also worried about it: don`t panic! Writing this kind of bibliography is not that hard. You just need to follow some basics involved in this process.
Annotated bibliography could be of two types, i.e. descriptive and analytical. The former only quotes the sources and tells about the significance of the author`s work regarding a topic, and that work answers different questions. It is solely based on the description of the information of the already done work by the authors without analyzing their work. While the latter not only gives the summary of the previously done work by the authors but also critically analyzes its implications, usefulness, shortcomings and the researcher`s own point of view.

First of all, as per your topic, collect all the relevant information. Record every important citation from every useful source of study. Choose only those citations which highlight and have an impact from different perspectives on your topic of research, so that you can critically analyze them later. The citation process needs to be done with respect to appropriate style, whichever is designated to you by your instructor, like APA style. After collecting all the necessary references, now it`s time to focus on the main tasks involved, i.e. Annotation.

After each citation follows an annotation, which is the critical description of the work done by the author in the citation. It involves following considerations: it starts with the introduction of the author(s) and the reason of the work done by them. It gives an overview of the scope of the content. It also tells about the kind of audience whom the work has been done for. It provides the conclusions drawn by the authors. Then you have to evaluate their work; usefulness and relevance of their work to your own thesis, what strengths and weaknesses does it have, and in the end your own viewpoint which should be highly critical and conclusive about the sources cited above.

So, next time don`t even think to purchase annotated bibliography online, as it is so simple to write. Moreover, when you have done all the research yourself, what`s the big deal in doing its single task?

Stuck in arranging the titles alphabetically in the bibliography of your thesis?

Nowadays the world is facing an escalating level of piracy even though there are so many tools available to detect it. There are many piracy reporting centers too, which sense piracy within minutes but still it does not aid in its decline.  This is a pirated movie or a pirated essay is a common thing you hear every day. It is even more common in essays, term paper, assignments etc. most of the time the assignments or the task given are plagiarized hence pirated.
This frequently happens in thesis because it is long and exhausting research paper and students copy paste stuff from research engines without citing it. In it especially there is a section of bibliography where all the citations should come securing your hard work. Even if you pick something from the internet and put it right away without changing it and you have cited it under bibliography then you are good to go.
The bibliography is a list which makes it convenient to arrange all the sources consulted and cited throughout the research paper alphabetically. The method of citation may vary according to the format being used. The format is different for APA format and MLA format. The instructions accordingly should be followed.
Placing a book whose title begins with a date in bibliography might be difficult but reading the specific format instruction, this may solve the problem. Both the formats instruct the students to write the bibliographies in an alphabetical order. In APA format the title of the book should come first following the publication year and then the city of publication, whereas, in MLA format after the title of the book there should be the author’s first name following the city of publication. In both the cases the title will not affect the order, and if it has to be written alphabetically then the order can be placed numerical starting from the smallest digit proceeding to the largest.  If there are many books by the same author and one of its titles is numeric based then it can be referenced under the name of the particular author.
One should be very sensitive about the bibliography and double check it to avoid any kind of plagiarism. It is one of the most important part of writing which many students ignore and lose marks.

Difference Between An Essay And A Literary Essay

The term essay is defined as an analytic or interpretative literary composition usually dealing with its subject from a limited or personal point of view.  In other words, it is an objective stance of a writer on a particular subject. But this is not how the word is understood today. Generally, an essay is taken as an attempt to write about a topic. It does not matter anymore whose ideas are expressed in the composition, it only matters that it covers a topic and tells about as many facts as we can possibly Google up. This is the reason that when a young mind is asked to give his stance on a particular topic, he either starts stating the facts or simply gets confused. He cannot give his analysis of a situation. If you’re worried about your chances in getting in your dream college then purchase admission essay to ensure your admission.

An essayist should know how to balance the amount of facts and quotations, and his own analytical contribution to the topic. One reason for this imbalance in essay writing of young essayists is because they think that their readers will be impressed by the complicated words he chooses to write. He thinks that the more big words his essay contains the better readership he will be able to score. They should know that sometimes the simplest ideas are the ones that best fit a situation. If you want to skip all trouble of research then you can pay for an essay online. They should be encouraged to feel comfortable about their own ideas and their own way of thinking. This will help them to grow into people who can contribute positively towards the society through their writing.

How to write an exemplary analytical essay

Fairy godmother won’t come to help when you are assigned some work and the deadline is getting closer day by day. Maybe you’re trying your best but are still not able to begin writing. If you think that you can defeat the blank page on your screen, then you should know that it’s only the first step. After that you should just get started with it. Let your fingers do the writing and translate your thoughts and ideas into words. Then only you can succeed in your goal.

When writing an essay you should first understand its objective i.e. to analyze in depth the given statement, idea or opinion. What you are required to do is to explore the issue and give facts to support your claim. Your next step is to decide what you want to write about. You are probably given a topic by your teacher but if you are not, then you have a wide variety to select. Next, you need to make a thesis statement. A thesis statement is your claim or idea about the topic in one or two sentences. This tells the reader what your entire work is all about. Therefore, it is an important part and should not be ignored. Now you need to find data, figures or a theory that supports your claim. Always note the sources and highlight the information for use in future.

Once you’re done with thought processes and research, it’s time to begin writing. Make an outline which usually includes the introduction, three to four paragraphs in the body and a conclusion. An outline lets you write in an order linking each paragraph to the other, thereby maintaining the gist of the essay. If you’re stuck with a tedious workload, it’s better for you to just get online class help

In your introduction, give the background of the topic. Begin with an attention gaining statement, but avoid drama. Also, never use the first person and don’t forget to include your thesis statement in the first paragraph. In the body, each paragraph should have its own idea. Each paragraph should state your topic and supporting evidence. Remember that all the paragraphs should support the main idea and each paragraph should be interlinked with the previous one. Use quotations from reliable sources and know how to quote them in proper format. Always mention the original source or else it will be taken as plagiarism. The end should include a reasonable conclusion stating how you proved your claim. You can elaborate your thesis statement here and make a connection of your topic with the subject that you have analyzed.
